Single needle lefthand postbed machine with standard hook, thread trimmer, presser foot lifter and automatic back tack (all electric). This model is driven by 3 stepmotors on the roller presser, lower feed wheel and the needle feed mechanism, which ensures an excellent stitch finish. This programmable pattern sewing machine is suitable to sew medium / heavy materials with a sewing area of 400 x 300 mm. The height of presser foot lifter can be adjusted by a stepping motor.
Patterns are programmable on the userfriendly touch panel. The left and right clamp can be programmed to move down independently. The machine is delivered complete with table top, stand and a direct drive mini servo motor. Maximum machine speed 2400 spm. The machine is equipped with bar code reader, quick release, thread breaking sensors and needle cooling (with arm presser).

Dahao Technologies allows you to design and modify patterns both on the easy to use touch panel and by software and can be directly downloaded by USB. Machine can read : .DXF .NSP .DST .SEW .EMB files

This programmable pattern sewing machine is suitable to heavy materials with 360 degrees rotating of the machine head as well as the hook unit, both adjusting the direction of sewing. Thanks to this design the machine takes the stitch precisely and eliminates the risk of stitch skipping, regardless of the sewing direction.

The construction of the machine allows lifting the sewing head, which is used in the produciton of bags, automotive and shoes and many more. Template can be adjusted to any design, depending on the sewing pattern.

Two needle lockstitch machine driven by Mitsubishi-VINCO, direct drive PLK-G, shuttle hook and thread trimmer. This machine is modified to make it suitable for the shoe production industry. The double colour device (i.e. DCT – Double Colour Technology), patented by VINCO, allows to stitch with 2 threads of different colours / thickness in one single sewing cycle. Thanks to the 2 split needle bars, it is possible to skip automatically from one needle to the other following the sewing pattern. With the user friendly touch screen panel, it is easy to make any pattern desired, it is also possible to purchase a software program to create the patterns on the PC or send a sketch to our design department and we will make the pattern for you and send it by e-mail. You can download it on a flash memory stick and upload it on the machine. It is possible to store 512 different patterns in the internal memory. Special clamps for your patterns are available on request.
